Erica is the executive director of Truckee Meadows Tomorrow—an organization committed to providing quality of life data to foster positive change in Nevada. She believes that data drives progress and social change, and that trustworthy data must be accessible to everyone. She also owns PIVOT Creative and Consulting, and is the founder and co-owner of JoyBoost and host of the “Embrace Yourself” podcast. #NWFWOA
